Before we can get started, Arrowpoint Grip and Electric needs a few things: Proof of Insurance, and a valid photo ID and Credit Card on file.

*Insurance only needs to be provided once a year
**Credit Card and Photo ID only need to be updated upon expiration

*If there is no production insurance, a 10% fee will be added*

All gear rentals must be insured to the following parameters.

Arrowpoint Grip and Electric is added as Additional Insured and Loss Payee with respect to leased equipment at $VALUE OF LEASED EQUIP. for any and all damages while in out care, custody or control, including glass breakage. “COVERAGE AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN FULL REPLACEMENT COST OF EQUIPMENT BEING RENTED
